Mr Koontz exposes internal politics and M.O. inside the SEAL environment, but most importantly he has the courgae to expose himself, his mistakes, his vulnerabilities and the lessons learned. This book is a great read for SEAL candiates and civilians who want to better themselves. I highly recommend it!
