Addictive

This is a very well written story that is told to perfection by Kate. I have done all the books up to this point. The series delivers and I recommend.

I truly enjoyed this story

The narrator was perfect. This second novel was much more enjoyable of a story. This was a story to be savored not devoured. I almost felt i was in the room with these characters. Lovely job audible thank you

Love this Series!

The boy's growth to manhood has come at a great cost for him. I feel the author has truly depicted the dilemma of political, strategic marriages that royal families had to endure. The character are strong and engaging. I look forward to the next book

Book Two is awesome

Loving the Kingfountain series! What a tale spun by the author. Quite unlike any other fantasy books I've read. A full review to come. Kate Rudd is astounding.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Thief's Daughter to be better than the print version?

I have not read the print version. I listen to audiobooks while I work at home and in my office.

The Dreadful Dead Man is explained.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I did feel a bit sad when Evie and Owen parted.

This is a delightful series. I would love to see it developed for television. I am looking forward to The King's Traitor and the upcoming 4th book, which is not yet released. I will also be trying our Wheeler's Muirwood series.

Takes a while to get into the storyline

I confess. After the first book in the series, The Queen's Poisoner, I wasn't really excited about continuing the trilogy. By the third book -- yes I'm on the third book now, I finally became invested. That turns out to be a good thing, because Jeff Wheeler has written three more books to add to the Kingfountain series.
