I just finished listening to "The Success Factor" by Ruth Gotian and wow, it really opened my eyes to what high achievers do differently. The narration is super engaging and the insights are spot-on for anyone looking to boost their own success. Definitely worth a listen if you're on a personal growth journey!

Great motivational with proven success strategies

Full disclosure, I worked with Ruth many years ago. However, if I did not think the book was worthwhile, I would not have written a review. That said, I thought this was one of the best motivational books I have listened to. It provides real-life stories of successful individuals from all walks of life and their strategies for success. Dr. Gotian is able to weave individual stories of success and challenges into interesting stories while providing practical ways to create success in your own life. I am looking forward to a second listen to while completing the exercise for success noted in the audiobook. Great read.
