Heartfelt!

OMG! If this story doesn’t pull on your heartstrings, you simply don’t have a heart! Fantastic from the very start and a twist thrown in. Meghan Kelly is a masterful narrator! You know exactly who each character is. Male or female. Please don’t pass this one up. I would love to be able to give it more stars!

Great book!

Well written, interesting plot & a happy ending (who doesn’t love those, right?)
The performance was phenomenal! I love the way Meghan Kelly gives each character their own flair (accents and all). It gives listeners a better visual.
Looking forward to book #2.

Duty Bound!

This story is very well written and will have you yelling at the chartacters (No, just tell him and it will all work out!) Even in story's that is not how it go's. The storyline had me intrigued from the beginning. It also had me biting my lip in anticipation. It's a very sweet story of love.
The narrator does a fabulous job with the characters and the voices. She will suck you into the telling of the story and make you feel as though you are right their. She has a beautiful voice and does wonderful accents. I definitely recommend this book.

Love

Although married for a while, Rafiq and Chloe have not had your traditional loving relationship. Now Rafiq needs to have an heir, and Chloe bargains with Rafiq to get to know him better while they try for their baby. And their wonderfully romantic story begins. I love this, a little cultural, a little romance, a little controversy and oh so much passion. This is enemies to lovers at it's best. Rafiq is the ultimate hero, with that cool exterior, and warm heart. He is a tough nut to crack, but has a real moral compass and sense of love. Chloe is selfless and loving. All we can do is root for these two to find their happiness, I fell in love with both of them.

Meghan Kelly's narration of this had me from the start. She has a way of storytelling that brings out the characters true selves, and lets us really know them. I love her voices, and with this she had not only great male and female voices, but accents too!

A look at royalty

Dynamic story involving matters of the heart and family dynamics that had a lovely ending and left me smiling. The narrator did mens voices as well as womens and l must admit l checked to see if there was indeed a second narrator doing the mens voices.
No there is only her, l dont know how she does it.

Fairy tales do come true!

I asked to receive this Audible book and voluntarily wrote this unbiased review. This author is new to me and I love this story. When a prearranged marriage gets serious many untold secrets threaten to destroy this marriage. Rafiq is a strong leader that cares for the people in his life. Chloe comes to deeply love Rafiq and does what she thinks best for him. The author's development of these characters makes you fall in love with them. Meghan Kelly is a fantastic storyteller who immediately draws the listener into the story. She creates believable male and of course female voices. I find her narration a joy to listen to. This is a story I found extremely hard to put down. I highly recommend this Audible book.

A Delight!

This was an absolute delight to listen to.
I loved the story with all the angst, clever banter, and romance that was taking place between the two main characters whom I couldn't help but grow fond of.
Both of them had their own problems and secrets which they tried to keep from each other and this caused further problems for them until they communicated about them.
I also really enjoyed Meghan Kelly's narration. She always does such great voices and this definitely makes the audio version even more entertaining and a pleasure to listen to.

A fantastic listen

Book 1 in the series . This is a great listen . This story will have you glued till the end . Clare wrote a story that shows how life is in some parts of the world , duty over love , or does win as it should .
Hero is Rafa. Heroine is Chloe.
Rafa gets a wake up call , when he realizes that he needs a heir . His father is on his deathbed. Chloe has separated from Rafa but Rafa can’t wait . Chloe is still untouched and she’s scared . Rafa can’t wait so he gives her an ultimatum, either bare his heir or move on, let him free . Do Chloe make a choice. Grab it and see .

Meghan Kelly performance I can’t find enough words to do justice . Meghan brings the characters to life . She pulls you into the story and it seems your right beside the 2 characters . Her voice range is the best .

Loved the story of arranged marriage to a Sheik

Narration that Meghan Kelly gives is so fun and interesting. She gives life to all these characters. The way non communication and making assumptions in situations that involve love, well that is a recipe for disaster. Luckily happy endings do exist. Worth listening to by a long shot.
