Combines my two favorite things, romance books and college football.

This was such a fun book and full of all the things that make a romance book great. Great character development, lots of chemistry and swoon worthy moments. The narrators were perfectly cast and did a great job performing the book.

Rivals falling in love

What a fun book. This is about a football player from the University of Michigan falling for a cheerleader at Ohio State.

The rivalry between the schools was no joke, and to take it a step further, Kayla was born in the stands of an Ohio State game that her dad coached defense for. To say that Kayla was raised to hate the wolverines is an understatement.

Jay didn’t like Ohio State but he didn’t take the rivalry as seriously as some people did. So he had no problem dating Kayla. In fact he wouldn’t really take no for an answer.

Kayla was horrified to find that she had trouble resisting Jay. He was funny and sweet and he kind of swept her off her feet.

As the football season progresses, only one team can come out on top. And Jay desperately wants Kayla cheering for him when that time comes.

This was a sweet, fast paced story. It moved along and never felt draggy. I was always looking forward to the next scene.

Fun and Fast!

A fun, fast-paced read to the end. Loved the dialogue and the characters. Especially for a UMich alum who went to every home football game.

This story is amazing. You will laugh at the rivalry. The characters are so likable and they progress so nicely in their relationship.

I don't typically go for sports romances, but I've read Nikki Sloane before and loved her, so I took chance. I, once again, enjoyed her writing, and the narrators were great! Will definitely recommend to friends.

I absolutely loved this story! Being a crazy Ohio State Buckeyes fan myself I enjoyed and related with Kayla and her family. But I loved Jay so much! Nikki Sloane is a genius and I hated that the story had to end...lol. Then add the fantastic narration by Stephanie Rose and and Carson Beck, who is new to me and I will now need to listen to everything he has ever done! So so good. This will definitely be a re-listen in the near future.

The story seemed simple enough but I grew to love the characters, their witty banter and chemistry 🔥 both narrators did an amazing job and would to see these 2 paired up again in future. Will prob re-listen to this in the near future.
