Good series

This is a really interesting series. Though I don't recommend listening to it before bed because it will give you some really crazy dreams. The narrator is great at bringing the characters to life and I look forward to more.

every time Elise comes across a white rabbit Elise finds a body. A good addition to this series of Elise and the cases she stumbles into.

"WONDERLAND DETECTIVE AGENCY"

"WONDERLAND DETECTIVE AGENCY", doesn't that sound good, Ex Detective Inspector Elise Liddell certainly thinks so as she starts her next investigation on the bodies collecting in Tumble Town, with Snitch, the humble and heart of gold assistant, Wooton, the ex bar tender - come gifted organizer of the new business, the recently deceased ghost DoDo always the clever complainer and her intrepid ex partner DI Ezra, she sets out like Alice to follow the white rabbit.

The characters are colorful, entertaining and so well narrated by Joanna Lee that the reader/listener become part of the story.
Recommended, Clean, paranormal mystery.

A White Rabbit Led The Way

I enjoyed this book as much as the first one in the series. I thought the mystery was complex and convoluted, so that I was always guessing as to the outcome. I listened to some segments with bated breath as there were some tense moments. I liked Elise Liddell as she was feisty and determined. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series. I thought Joanna Lee's narration was easy to follow and reflected the aura of the tale. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which reflected my honest opinions regarding this audiobook.

Lovely book 2 - the shenanigans continue

Again a banger of a performance and a good story to carry it home. You have to live with cliffhangers but I still think it is worth it.

Fun Witchy PI series

Former DI Elise Liddell is now a PI in Tumble Town, the wrong side of town, but she getting her mojo back after a traumatic event. Now, she’s seeing white rabbits that are leading her to dead bodies! She gets pulled into a secret organization and her investigation to find the killer. The narration is outstanding and brings the characters and story to life.

A white rabbit chase to justice

Received as an audio review copy from Story Origin, this is an honest review. Anchored by another extraordinary performance by narrator Joanna Lee, The Rabbit Hole Murders takes its listeners deeper into that makes Tumble Town and its surroundings a totally wild place to live. As Elise Liddel's private deter agency begins to take off, she could have never imagined that she would a literal "Alice" chasing a mysterious white rabbit all over town. Where the animal takes Elise is to numerous dead bodies marked by a strange tattoo... that only leads to more strange questions. Falling down his rabbit "hole" leads Elise into darker places of Tumble Town and even a very bizarre and dangerous undercover job with the enigmatic Dark Squad to catch these shadowy killers- and discover that Elise is only just beginning to unravel the town's true danger.

Highly recommended.

Always the makings of a fun series, no?

POV: You’re being, oddly stalked by a mysterious white rabbit … and have a knack for stumbling upon d3ad b0dies.

Written in first-person POV.
Past tense.

I love a good detective read, especially one with such a strong lead as PI, and set in a small town?! Even better. Especially this town, as it’s a little … wonky? 🙃

Packs:

Ghosts.
Mystery.
Magic.
Small town (dark, and magical).
A shady goblin.
A twerking rabbit.
New friendships.

*Not a complete list, as the thing about Wycherley’s books is, I tend to just get lost in them, rather than taking notes or predicting things. They pack a true escape. I’d move to Tumbletown right now if I could.

4.5 stars.

Absolutely fantastic voice-acting and flawless sound quality all-around. 5 stars.

Magical Private Detective

This is the second of a new series and as such shows a lot of weakness. It does have potential to be a top notch Detective story.
I found it mildly entertaining but I do have trouble with focusing attention.
The narrator on the other hand needs improvement. Her voices are close in sound which is distracting. Elise's voice has a slur which I don't recall from the earlier story.
So far her ghost partner has very little to do with the story. I hope this changes.
