Really enjoyed the characters. Solid story. Had a lot of fun getting lost in it.

It Ended?

Good story and I liked the development. A little soft on magical elements for this book but I assume it will increase in the next book. narrator was great. I wasn't keeping track of the time or chapter and I was shocked when it ended. I was expecting more to happen. I suppose in a series they don't want to tie up too many things to keep you reading the next book

A good and entertaining time

Good fun. The characterizations are accurate.
Entertaining plot. Made me curious where the author would take it in future volumes.

Fun & Enjoyable

Very British, cute story. Might even consider getting the rest of the series. Narrator was a little annoying but I got used to it.

Ask yourself

Our heroine talks a tough game but doesn't stand up for herself. Why doesn't she tell her uncle that she must have a secure door with a security system and surveillance right off the bat ? Because it would eliminate half the book.

So consider if you want to spend hours with dysfunctional family, dysfunctional exes and dysfunctional enemies? If you think that's fun read on.
