Stumbled across this book
I stumbled across this book and had a long car trip ahead of me. I couldn’t stop listening! I have tried the authors Madison Ave series and just couldn’t get into it. This one I fell in love with.

Magic
Loved it! When you have a strong author who can write a great story combined with a narrator who can tell the story & is fun to listen to, that is pure magic. It seems like to find a book without foul language or explicit sex scenes in rom coms is not always easy to do but this authority did an incredible job leaving both of those out. I'm already finding more books from the author & narrator to listen to because this book is probably in my top 3 of 30-40 books I've listened to.

Love triangles not a favorite trope
Excellent, witty writing and I enjoyed the narration. This would be a five-star-story for me if it wasn’t a love triangle or if the love triangle had played a smaller role in the plot. Charlotte is fun and cheerful, Colin is serious and brooding, so of course opposites attract to create lots of romantic tension.

The Prenup by Lauren Layne
Narrated by Brianna Cohen
4.5 Stars. This book was really good. Listened to it in one go! The only thing that would have made it better for me would be to see Colin's side of the story. This is only told from Charlotte's. Seeing the guy's side of the story is one of my favourite parts. But wow Lauren Layne is a good writer. Lots of chemistry, good slow burn and all the feels at the end. This book had no sex in it and didn't need it. The story was great.
First time I have read this author or heard this narrator. I would definitely read Layne's books again and I would happily listen to Brianna Cohen again. She did a wonderful lilt for Colin.

Couldn’t have asked for better!
This was another awesome one from Lauren Layne! I’d heard mixed reviews going in, but I’m so glad I didn’t let them stop me. The narration is great- it makes this audiobook. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

loved it!
It was light, sweet and a lot of fun. Cute story and good performance by the narrator. Perfect book to listen to during this rime of social distancing.
