Fascinating!!

This is a very professionally executed guide. The narrators are an engaging presenter who offers a number of valuable steps to get our day off to a powerful start. Some of these I have done in a haphazard manner in the past, but here all the steps are presented in a logical sequence that build upon each other. A lot of value to be had in 27 hours.

Amazing!

Well put together and easy to understand. I already had a little of idea of some of the topics but with the help of this useful audiobook, I was able to fully grasp concepts and techniques of developing powerful habits.

I specially enjoyed the "Meditation" chapter. I have actually started doing it and now on day 3. I can honestly say (and feel) that meditation already made an impact on my life. I feel more energized, focused, motivated, and excited to reach my goals in life.

Its amazing that such a simple activity can make a drastic improvement in your everyday life. In my opinion, they should even teach meditation in schools.

This is 10x better than Famous Atomic Habits

This guide is very informative and puts a new perspective on old habits. The author great. I have to admit Narrator's tone of voice was perfect for me to follow - his insight and advice made him worth listening to. This audiobook also made me realize that I am on the right track to forming and keeping good habits to make my life what I truly want it to be.
