Whoever edited this audio did a poor job
Sentences often repeat with different takes. Clearly they weren’t edited out. At times you can hear the narrator swallow or stumble a bit. Not a huge deal, and not the narrator’s fault, but I think whoever finalized this wasn’t paying attention. Narrator does a fine job.
Nevertheless, the book is well written and highly important. Should be a must read for all parents, caregivers, and teachers.

concrete examples that can be universally applied
Immediately you get the why of it. There is much more focus on the parent's perspective and the healing that needs to be done in the parent to affect change in the relationship with the child and create the connection necessary to get the behavior we are looking for from our children.
