Resumen del Editor

The Wilder Brothers from New York Times best-selling author Carrie Ann Ryan continues with a second-chance romance that brings Everett Wilder to his knees.

The moment I saw Bethany Cole, I knew she was not only out of my league, but in a whole different world.

Only I didn’t realize I’d met her before.

An explosion stole part of my past, including the first time I’d seen her pretty face.

Now she’s an A-list celebrity. And I’m just a Wilder.

But when her boyfriend cheats on her, Bethany needs a safe place to hide from the paparazzi. The Wilder’s Retreat seems like the perfect escape.

Only every time we see each other it’s hard to remember we come from two different worlds. And that the danger that follows her is only the beginning.

Bethany and Everett

Where do I begin? So much happened in this story! Bethany Cole needed to escape and what better place than at Wilder Retreat in Texas. The last person she expected to see was Everett. For some reason he pretended not to know her or so she thought. What she didn’t know was that he was injured while in the military and suffered traumatic brain injury. Being at Wilder was an opportunity for Bethany to soothe her wounds and reconnect with Everett. Not only did they rekindle the flame that drew them together, they were also able to get to know one another on a deeper level. Being around his brothers and their significant others, gave her a taste of love and family, and what it meant to be there for each other. Now, that ending before the epilogue…GASP! I am shocked and ache for Elijah and I don’t even know the whole story.

Patrick Zeller and Kit Swann... perfect casting for Everett and Bethany! The emotions they had in their voices made this story come to life!

True Second Chance

I have enjoyed each book in The Wilder Brother series, and The Path to You is my favorite. Having met Everett briefly in his brother's stories, I expected his story to be an emotional journey. It did not disappoint.

Having suffered a traumatic brain injury, Everett has lost part of his memory. He struggles with anger at being able to recall some memories over others and at times resents having to relive his past through his family accounting.

In walks Bethany, a remnant of Everett's forgotten past. Having suffered an emotional and very public breakup, Bethany, an up-and-coming actress, arrives at the Wilder Retreat to escape the media and regroup.

I enjoyed Everett and Bethany's stories. The narration from Patrick Zeller and Kit Swan was terrific. Kit brought a level of emotion to Bethany that pulled you into the story.

The Path To You

This is one emotional story. Everett and Bethany are a good couple and I enjoyed watching their relationship unfold. I love each of the brothers but Everett really made an impression on me. He is such a sweet man and it is hard to imagine all that he has and is going through. Bethany is a strong woman but at times I just wanted to shake her. There is a lot going on in this book and we get more than just Everett and Bethany’s story. The author does a wonderful job of tying everything together and keeping you turning the pages. I enjoyed Bethany and Everett’s second chance at love. Narrators Patrick Zeller and Kit Swann do a nice job of bringing out all the emotions in this story and its characters.

Everett and Bethany's HEA

Love the Wilder Brothers! Now it’s time for Everett and Bethany’s HEA.

Everett and Bethany met when he literally bumps into her one night while on leave. They spend every day together until his deployment. When an IED hits his team, Everett is left with some brain damage that causes memory loss. He cannot remember his time with Bethany.

When Bethany, an A-list actress, catches her boyfriend cheating on her, she escapes to the Wilder Resort for privacy. Coming face to face with Everett, the man she couldn’t stop thinking about, Bethany is angered when he doesn’t remember their time together. Once he explains his memory loss, the chemistry they once had has them giving into their desires for one another even if it’s temporary.

Everett and Bethany have a second chance at love. Will threatening emails, a scandal or distance keep them from their chance of a HEA.

Carrie Ann does not disappoint once again. Great narration.

Emotional and beautiful!

Oh those Wilder Brothers, they are quickly becoming one of my favorite group of brothers. “The Path to You” is a heartfelt, sweet and suspenseful second chance romance that pulled me in from the beginning as Everett and Bethany find their way back to each other.

After breaking up with her cheating boyfriend, movie star Bethany Cole escapes to the Wilder Winery for some peace and a much needed break. Everett Wilder is the CFO for the winery and had a rough discharge from the Military and is working on his health. But when he sees Bethany again, the past the two shared together comes back and he wants a second chance with her. But Bethany is receiving threats from someone who wants to hurt her and Everett vows to protect her.

I loved the instant connection between Everett and Bethany. It was there right from the start and burned throughout their story. Bethany is a sweet, gentle and independent woman who was the perfect match for Everett. Everett is so protective yet gentle and might have become my favorite brother. He’s patient and willing to do what he needs to help Bethany get through the things she was going through. There were a lot of ups and downs for them to get their HEA but everything made them stronger. I loved having the other brothers in the story and how interconnected they are with each other.

Patrick Zeller and Kit Swann brought all the emotions of this story to life. This was such an emotionally filled story and they were so wonderful as Everett and Bethany. Both of their performances were beautiful and will be a relisten for me.

Emotional story

This was such an emotional story in the latest Wilder Brother series by Carrie Ann Ryan. I enjoyed it even though my heart hurt at what Everett and Bethany went through and they totally deserved their HEA. The twist in this book rocked me but it does set up the next book. The two narrators were new to me and I have to admit it took me awhile to get used to their performances. They did do a good job depicting raw emotions that Everett and Bethany felt throughout this story.

Emotional and touching romance!

I recently listened to The Path to You by Carrie Ann Ryan and loved it! This is the third story in The Wilder Brothers series and it was narrated by Patrick Zeller and Kit Swann. You can definitely read each of these stories on their own with no issues, however, I highly recommend the series as a whole as they are great stories. The narrators did an amazing job bringing Everett and Bethany’s romance to life. This was an emotional and touching second chance romance with so many feels and I have been waiting for this one. Everett suffered a brain injury when he was in the military that has affected his memory. Of those, they include an amazing and steamy time he spent with megastar Bethany Cole. A night she never forgot and could not understand why she never heard from him again.

When they are reunited again, so much has changed but the steamy chemistry between them was still there. I loved Everett. He was wounded and a bit lost, but he was strong and determined. Bethany is facing so much turmoil in her life and wants some time away. Which is how she ends up at Wilder Resort. Can they find their way back to each other and what happens when outside threats come to life? Their journey was not an easy one and I loved going through it with them. This is a must-read and is available to read or listen today!

Happy listening!
