Honesty

I loved this book. Her ability to be honest and open! This really was knowledge for me as I too have bipolar disease.

She is relatable

I loved how relatable she was. I wish she would have included more of her story. How she got diagnosed. What others reaction was the first time.

Good insight

Interesting listen for those who don’t understand what having mental illness is like… though I did get annoyed with the amount of quotes from “unknown.”
