The Northern Wolf series, books 1-5: I love historical fiction, and this series is excellent. I especially liked when the author speaks of his fact finding and references at the end of some of his books. I didn't want the books end, The characters live in you and you just want more. Thank you Mr. Greene for this incredible series, well done!

Historical fiction

His twist on history is clever. I’d strongly recommend it. Also I really like his departure from others interpretations of what “actually” happened.

Terrific Series

This series does a great job really personalizing what the Civil War was like from both sides of the conflict. Once I started I could not stop reading. Can’t wait for the next series that Daniel decides to write.

Excellent Civil War Series!!! Historical component is wonderful!!! The human story arcs develops slowly, so get through to the 2nd Book. Highly Recommended!!!

Great story, great reading. the story was complex yet simply written and easy to follow. The reader was able to hit the emotion perfectly and kept characters straight and performed the without flaw.

I hated for this one to end.

This historic fiction kept me hooked throughout the series with the perfect balance of factual history blended with riveting fiction. I hope the Wolf series continues.

Characters were real and compelling. You will miss something very special if you do not listen to the entirety of the five books.
