A real and raw story of overcoming life
Marie’s story is a genuine, well told, heartfelt story of real life from heartache to triumph and all of the ups and downs in between. She’s an excellent storyteller who brings the listener through the real roller coaster of life. Excellent story. I highly recommend this book.

love this mindfulness practice
I got to practice mindfulness again. I do know how important it is to practice, but haven't in quite a while. So nice to get back into it in a seamless way.

Yes! That is garbage!
This book contains 3 simple meditations that are repeated 3 times and then it just plays muffled sounds in the background. It’s beyond terrible. There is no way the positive reviews are not fake.

I thought something was wrong because every chapter is a repetition of the previos chapter. I also thought something was wrong because only music was playing. Strange..
