Life's hardships, which of course we all have, can be a source of profound growth and strength. I will reside peacefully in this space always, even in my darkest hours.

Thay is a True Spiritual Teacher. Authentic, skillful, tender yet fearless. I cannot get enough of his shadings and expressions. But this one is at the top. It is excellent!

Thich is such an enlightened speaker

Lovely to hear almost 6 hours of his speeches in his own words. He is a phenomenal and enlightened speaker and delivers time and again with brilliant insights. From there is no way to happiness, happiness is the way—to the best way to take care of the future is to take care of the present moment—you will here about both of these and more in these series of lectures.

Meet My New Favorite Book Of All Time!

The books is recorded during an event! The talks are life changing and so actionable. I could read hundreds of books on mindfulness but this one brings it home. All I can say is Read & Reap! I will be giving this book to everyone I love dearly.

So much love here that it is hard to not exude it in your own life after listening. Also, his voice is so very calming. I am reminded to be present and stop thinking so much and it is not just for my own benefit but for everyone especially my loved ones.

Wonderful teacher

Unfortunately the first two "chapters" repeat the same material, which was slightly annoying. A lot of material about relationships and domestic communication. Worth hearing.
