The male narrator ruined the book. He sounds like Dick Tracy. Terrible is putting it mildly

I absolutely love this book!!! The Lucky Heart was one of my favorites! It flowed easily and kept my attention.

GOOD ADDITION TO THE SERIES!!!

I have enjoyed every book in this series so far. I think I'm going to take a break before I listen to Book 4. The sex scenes are getting a little on the heavy side. I want more story, less sex and the vulgar language could be omitted completely IMO. It is truly an unnecessary part of this storyline. I just wonder if Devney Perry uses the "F" word in her everyday life. I hope she reads her reviews and it will help bring a balance to future releases.

I wasn’t sure I was going to like Felicity for Silas boy was I wrong.

The Lucky Heart Stars

This was a hard book for me to finish, I really enjoyed the first two books in this series and was so looking forward to this book.

Felicity was an ok character for me, what hung me up was the “woe is me” about Wes. And I get it she was felt guilt but it was bordering on obsessive if I am being honest.

Buttttt there was light about 4 hours in when she stopped going on about it. Thank you!
It wasn’t even like it was drama it was just that she would push Silas away and blame herself, over and over and over again to the point I had to put this audio down and then come back to it almost 3 weeks later.

I am glad I picked it back up because then it starts to really come together with the connection between Silas and Felicity and I like how she stands up to his father. I do wish Silas has said something a lot sooner to his father. Because a lot of that could have been prevented and not really having Felicity’s back especially after the “ride” when Silas was sick…

The caring part of both these characters prevailed and I thoroughly enjoyed the rest of this audio and I can’t wait to listen to more books in this series.

I am not a fan of Jeffrey Kafer, his voice is ok but he sounds so announcer-ish, I just couldn’t get into his parts. Thank gosh for Ava Erickson she saves the day. I loved her parts so much I would have even enjoyed her man voice for Silas.

Love This Series

I absolutely love following the characters through each book. I stumbled on the first one in the recommended for you section of Audible. I've read one, two and three back to back. Now looking forward to number four!!!.

Such a fantastic series

I am so in love with this community and I wish I could move in. I’ve been looking forward to Felicity and Silas. Felicity is the mean girl that skipped town leaving destruction in her wake. And Silas in the quiet man that never has let anyone know his feelings for this mean girl that he got to know before she left.

The mean girl returns and Silas is given a second chance. Of course there is a ton of drama and the secondary characters are building tons of drama so that there can be book after book in this series and I will read every single one.

Full of love and heart and HEAT. This series is meant for all.

Ava Erickson kills it. She has made for the perfect choice to continue throughout this series. It makes no difference that she switches from character to character. She is brilliant and totally pulls it off. I wish they had done that with the male character and kept Joe Arden throughout but it’s ok. The male narration is actually very small. Ava does a good 85%. And Jeffrey was good too.

Love these two

Originally, I was not a fan of Felicity, of course. But this story of Silas and Felicity was feel-good, heart-warming, and an incredibly moving second chance romance. I adored Felicity even more after what she did for Chloe. <3
