Delightful

Such a delightful book. Perfect for this season in my life when I was looking for something to take my mind off of heavy things. Great story lines. Switched back and forth between characters beautifully.

I loved the narrator and if u enjoyed downtown Abby then this is a must read for you. I was sad when it was over...u really get attached to the characters

Relaxing listen and story

I turn to regency novels when I need interesting writing and storylines that don’t stress me out. This one didn’t disappoint.

A lovely, endearing story of ladies & their families living in a small village. A great listen. I highly recommend this book.

SLOW reader. Fun story w twists and turns

Listened at 1.5 speed the reader is super slow. Enjoyed the story line. Took surprise story development that I enjoyed. Clean book.

Starting to get preachy

These are good characters. Strong women when women weren’t allowed to control their own lives. But half way through this book got preachy. Reading the Bible attributing everything good to god.

Cozy and Sweet

I am enjoying this series. The characters are delightful. Getting to know all of the backstories is nice. The author did a wonderful job at keeping her readers/listeners wanting to know more. I immediately started listening to this book as soon as I finished the first one. Now I will start with book 3. The narrator does a fantastic job at bringing the story and characters to life.

Honestly loved all the main characters and the entire story. I did not want it to end. Excellent narration.Looking forward to the next book in this series. Disappointed when I found that it was not to be found on Audible.

Enjoyable!

This is the second installment of the series about Ivy Cottage and, while not quite as good as the first in my opinion, still enjoyable enough to keep me interested in going on to the third and final book. Lots of intrigue and romance with relationships that deepen along the way.

Well written. Alternatively fun, funny, and heartbreaking.

I don’t normally seek out books under “Christian Fiction”, but apparently this series falls into that category. I must say, if this is an example of Christian Fiction, I would very much be interested in seeking out more from this category. There is something SO refreshing in a book filled with good old fashioned morality without being the least bit preachy about it. Just pure and simple. I like it!!! ☺️
