I’ve read many books on personal development but this is now my #1 recommendation.

In some shape or form, many of us are in some form of prison, or going through a challenge.

Peter shares practical concepts to deal with adversity and master ourselves during these times.

This makes my top 10 list of books I would want my kids to read.

I found this book fascinating.
