Ryder & Penny I LOVE THEM

this was my first listen to a book from this author and i loved it, teddy is one of my favorite narrators so ofc he’s amazing at what he does, i also loved the female narrator she was pretty good.
I’m happy that they both got their happy ending due to how much BS they both endured.

steamy. fun. angsty.

I absolutely loved the narration. They truly gave life to the characters. Their spice level was off the charts. They had so many layers. I never wanted it to end. It was very entertaining.

Short read

As an avid audiobook reader, I did enjoy this book. However, I wish there was more to it. It was a good short read, I could’ve easily finished it in a day. The story line is good, but I wish there was more detail in some of the chapters and scenes. I’m left with questions, like what happened to the antagonist? We didn’t forget him…what happened? The MMC goes from morally grey to reformed too quickly and I’m missing that side of him at the end of the book.

All in all, it was a good read that I wouldn’t hesitate recommending to a friend that wanted something spicy but not over the top.

Fast paced & 🌶🌶🌶

I'm a HUGE Dark Romance fan and this book did not disappoint. It was a great bully/enemies to lovers dark romance. I loved the MC side of it and wish they had a lot more but the story was great and everything fell into place. This was a very short story so they don't go into a lot of detail but the 🌶 was great. I loved the duo narration as well.

basic biker book

I received a free code for an honest review. I think the book was okay. It was what you expect from a biker romance book. There was a few plot holes that bothered me. I would have liked a little more backstory on Ryker and why fight would send him to jail for 5 years as a minor. The book briefly talks with the history between these two characters but I needed a little bit more background personally.

Dark romance

The Hate Vow by C. Hellman is a dark romance that is 🌶️🌶️ 🌶️🍆🍆. Teddy Hamilton and Kylie Stewart did an excellent job with the narration, they bring the story to a whole new level. The story is entertaining and spiiicy. There is a hate/ love , enemies to lovers relationship between the two characters. It fun to watch the relationship develop. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.would recommend

Enemies to lovers dark romance

The Hate Vow is a deliciously dirty dark romance. Please read/listen to all trigger warnings before beginning. This dark enemies to lovers romance is about Ryder and Penny. They haven’t seen each other in five years when Penny is brought to his MC because of a debt. Ryder rescues her by “claiming her” thus keeping her from being gang raped. This was not necessarily a good thing. Penny and Ryder are two tortured souls who gradually start to heal and change each other. Buckle up and get ready for a wild ride. There is a lot of angst, drama, suspense, violence and many twists and turns in this captivating audiobook. Listen to their story. The narration by Teddy Hamilton and Kylie Stewart was phenomenal. Teddy Hamilton portrayed Ryder perfectly. He had a stern alpha voice when needed and a sweeter, softer voice just for Penny. Kylie Stewart was wonderful as Penny. You could feel all the angst, fear, hate and love through her voice. These two very talented voice actors truly brought this story to life. I highly recommend listening.

The female narrator is flat

This story was ok, but the female narrator was very flat and it sounded like she was just reading. She did not do anything to improve on the story.

My first 🎧📖 by this author and I had high expectations since it wasn’t a long book, I was wrong.😑 I love Teddy Hamilton’s HAF voice🫦 but Ms. Stewart was not that great it sounded like she was robotically just reading with very little emotion or inflection. I wasn’t crazy about the storyline or all the angst ugh. The only good thing it ends with a HFN. Is it worth the credit? For me it’s a maybe 🤔 I’m still up in the air about all the misunderstandings & missed opportunities that could’ve changed everything. If you’re okay with the above mentioned you should give it a try!
