A fun low stakes mystery

Loved it! No major Peter Grant jeopardy but a good ghost story and a little Abigail. I love seeing her in the stories.

The characters in this book are well developed. Would love to see more. I may have listened to all of them.

Excellent supernatural police procedural

One of the wittiest and most interesting crime series, but probably best to start at the beginning with Rivers of London aka Midnight Riot. Only criticism is that it is a bit short.

The combi action of spot-on writing and the reader's co.mand of the dialog and dialects makes this series a joy to listen to.

Enchanting

Novellas and short stories take talent. The plot is delightful! Even the colors are vivid! And, create a continuity of drabness and opaqueness to the 'world of ghosts' . Well done - I love this series, especially the narration.

the characters progression

I love these books, always a great listen, with engaging storyline and great characters, these books keep me on my toes, excited for the next twist or revelation that the author chooses to bestow in the most fascinating manner.

Best audio book narrator ever

I have loved every single one of these Rivers of London audio books. The stories are so engrossing and iI love how they’ve taken me to another world. However, the absolutely BEST thing about these books is the narrator, Kobna Holdbrooke-Smith. HE IS Peter Grant to me, as well as all the other characters’ voices.

Mystery fantasy River Gods and Coppers

Another fascinating book in a series narrated by the best voice in audible books. It’s partly our main character who is dryly witty, charming and sleuthes his way through a ghosts assisted mystery.
