Detective Laci Jolett and her K9 Bell have a new case with dangerous and deadly consequences.
A woman from the local safehouse has been poisoned and her ex-husband is the number one suspect. Time is not on Detective Jolett’s side and Bell may pay the ultimate price when someone decides one less K9 is a good thing.
With so much on their plate, the last thing Laci and Bell need is an irritating cat who puts notches on its scratching post each time it antagonizes Bell.
After Laci’s puts a grumpy old man with a roving eye in his place, the forever enemies are stacking up and Bell will do whatever it takes to keep her human safe.

Historia
Iraq War veteran Kelton Jager and his ex-military working dog Azrael have evaded Virginia law enforcement and slipped across the state line into North Carolina where they’ve been passing the winter in seaside Pony Beach, laying low, and doing odd jobs for an aging widow. A spate of gruesome murders and a teen girl’s abduction then coaxes Kelton to his civic duty of assisting the small sheriff’s department with desperately needed K-9 support. However, the longer and closer Kelton and Azrael work with the lawmen, the more Sheriff Boxer and his posse ask uncomfortable questions of ...

Have you ever hated a lawyer? Michael St. John never lost a criminal case. He wasn’t a nice guy. He cheated his clients, destroyed criminal evidence, paid off judges, and ran around on his wife. He was an albatross around the neck of the Richmond Police Department. The District Attorney’s office loathed him until they found his mutilated corpse one beautiful, crisp fall morning, after an unusual outburst in Court the day before. Little did they know that Attorney St. John’s body was key evidence in a far more heinous crimes to come. Mic, K9 Angel and Dottie must solve this case before...

Historia
Iraq War veterans Kelton Jager and Azrael attempt to integrate back into American society pursuing a job at a new federal facility on a tip from a local veterinarian. Nestled in the mountains of Virginia’s Blue Ridge, Bearton seems a nice enough town to make a new start. There are modern conveniences, fresh air, and kind people. Best of all, numerous ex-Military Working Dogs are being shipped in at the local airport, indicating his skills as a dog handler might be in demand. Although Kelton’s application fails to bring him an employment opportunity, his observations raise questions. The...

An ex-Army ranger trained in patrol and sentry search and rescue, a high school principal who catches his eye, and an earthquake that shakes up Dallas. When wandering Iraq War veterans Kelton Jager and ex-military working dog Azrael shelter under an overpass from a storm one spring evening, a motorcycle gang makes the fatal mistake of trying to rough them up. While the sheriff conducts his investigation, Kelton begins to discover the small sleepy southern town by the interstate isn’t as quaint and innocent as it appears. The large bale of cash sealed in plastic found at the scene speaks to nefarious activities, and the idealistic young Kelton with his K-9 dutifully assists underfunded local law enforcement in getting to the bottom of ...

Ai sucked.
I personally hate AIs. They aren't happen to provide infections in a voice. When a human reads a book I feel the conversation is between two people. This AI can't do that. It makes the story boring.
