Excellent home buying guide

I learned a lot listening to "12 Step Guide to Acquire the House of Your Dreams". The concept of getting all documentation, credit approvals and peoples (realtors, financial specialist and even lawyers if required) was an eye opener! This audio-book should be required in High School; most of us go into the world after graduating High School of even College clueless about buying a house or making large purchases.
Buying a house, which will become your home, is a very personal matter and many factors come into play. Mr. Racedo covers these factors in clear concise steps reducing emotional urges allowing the listener to step back and see if the "deal" is right!
I gave this audio-book five stars and have recommended it to my friends (some who will be buying a second home). Before buying a home listen to this audio-book!

As a first time buyer I had no idea how to go about the mountain of work to buy a home and not get ripped off by everyone in the process. Daniel laid it out in the right order and explained every step. Just learning all the terminology from him was great and gave me confidence I needed to talk with agents, brokers, sellers, escrow officers and so many more. But after listening to the whole book I understand what to do and what not to do. So many things in the book I never thought about or knew about how to buy your first home. Thank god I got this first because it would have cost me thousands more if I didn't know what I was doing and what to look out for. There's so many places in the real estate process people can take advantage of you and you'll never know unless you learn it first so I highly recommend this guide for sure.
