Tricksy Fae and their Bargains

I really enjoyed this book-though I have to agree that some of the characters were quite flat.

Gorgeously written,beautifully read

I enjoyed the story and narration immensely. The author explored topics like feminism
and domestic abuse with sensitivity and delicacy.the relationships were believable and the characters so likeable.The narrator was also excellent.the different characters were easily distinguished and distinct.I look forward to more books from the author and audiobooks by this narrator.

Classic Fantasy

Whimsical classic fantasy story- it was slower paced but still interesting. I loved the relationship between the two sisters.

Little Womenesque

I really enjoyed this book! It had the same vibe to me as when I read classic literature so if that is something you enjoy you would like this. The only thing is there were a few parts where it dragged just a bit and I got frustrated with one of the characters for their decision making, but it wouldn't be a book without conflict. Overall I really enjoyed it and will recommend it to my own sisters.

Very likeable story

I think this was a well written story. I think the narrator did a good job as well. It was nice to read a book that didn't tun into a series and didn't leave you with questions. It was very refreshing.

Characters and world building

Those are the two things that stood out the most in this book. You get a strong grasp of the time period. I both loved and hated the characters.

Lovely story that builds suspense

It started out a bit slow and was on the verge of getting boring when it took a turn and things got really exciting! Great story building and hard to put down towards the end. Narrator did a great job with all the different female voices.

Wonderfully performed. This story is a cozy fairy story. It blends with some of the historical markers happening at the same time!
