Great Book to Understand the Thought Process of th
This book will give you the though process and ways of thinking that can get you to where you want to be. A lot of what Jeffy Cooks hits on has to do with our beliefs and mental programming. Basically there are many different factors that affect what we believe about ourselves and what we believe we are capable of. Often we create our own limiting beliefs and factors. Jeffy Cooks really focuses on trying to help you reprogram your though process and beliefs. It's a great book! This was the first book I read at the start of my entrepreneur journey and it blew my mind! Definitely helped me to jump start my journey and get off on a good footing. Lots of helpful tips and inspirational stories. I've since bought 2 of my friends this book, and lost my original copy with notes to another friend of mine who "borrowed" and never gave it back.
