Practical Enlightened Living

I've spent many years feeling everyone else's energy -- which has been overwhelming -- and this book made sense of it. I have both an understanding of who I am, along with practical ways to avoid negative situations and people, & protect myself early on so I don't feel overwhelmed.

This was a great book.

Great stuff for people who absorb all sorts of weird energy. I wish I'd had this when I was younger to know how to fight against vampires, fatigue, and how to do meditation exercises to recharge after being around terrible people.

Informative and effective

Every word in this book is true and gives empathy the best advice in pointing them in the right direction. This book has lots of interesting information about Empath healing. I just love this book. It's really super Survival Guide for Empaths. The real goal of this book is to be an easy to read introduction. Very interesting indeed Become a Healer Instead of Absorbing. Highly recommended

I found this book to be very informative on me personally as well as a few family members who are Empaths as well. This book explains how to survive in the rat race called Life.
