Earth is on the brink of destruction due to rapidly expanding negative energy. Hundreds of years ago, the Council of Intergalactic Enlightenment established the Earth Commission to work with humans in an effort to curtail this destructive negative energy.

These Star People have been visiting Alo and his Native American family for years.
