Story was too long and drawn out with no real pay off. Kept waiting for something big.

First time not figuring it out!!

We read this book for Book Club! and it was the first book in so long where you genuinely did not figure out who did it till the end and you didn’t get answers to all your questions till the very end and that’s so important and difficult to do when there’s so many murder mystery books out there now!! I loved it. I love the characters. I love everything about it.

Don’t pass this by

Unpredictable, well rounded characters and excellent writing. Don’t understand why the ratings aren’t higher. Thoroughly enjoyed this book.

love it but...

I think this is a great story, however, the plot was drawn out and the twist was slightly bland. Like I said, it was great, interesting, I felt liberated for the characters. The last 6 hours had far and few revelations making it harder to stay glued. Overall I enjoyed this and would listen to more books by this author.
