In saying that, they do repeat some things from the first book, but it goes a long way to further critical analysis of the concepts in Extreme Ownership AND to ensure there is clear understanding of the dichotomy that does exist in leadership.
If you are interested in becoming a better leader, understanding leadership principals or just love the guys talking about their history and lessons, this is a must get - BUT do Extreme Ownership first. Enjoy
