I loved this book and the series

I love the series - the mysteries are complicated and very interesting. The character development is excellent and the descriptions of Aix make me want to visit.

painful

Terrible dialogue, terrible story line, pathetic romantic content. What kind of readers enjoy this writing? it is not descriptive enough to enjoy the French ambiance or cuisine. I will not pile on any further. I bought these in sale based on reviews.
