Can the music

As a fan of the original Portrait novel I really liked this feminist spin on the story but (sorry I can’t hold back) that horrible song you made us listen to in between episodes was honestly laughable it was so bad. I knew it must be telling me part of the story but I could t bear listening to it.

It's ok if you're just looking for background noise. I found it to be a bit predictable.

Feminism on steroids

Glad I took a chance. Some of the reviews were not complementary but others were very much so.
As this is based on a graphic novel it definitely has that vibe. I enjoyed the story, the performance, and the music.
Everything meshed superbly.

A really great quick listen, though because it’s short it doesn’t dive to deep into the characters. All in all it kept the reader engaged.

Interesting twist on a classic

Using a podcast format was a clever hook to draw the listener into the story that subtly moves from “true crime” to fantastical. Well read and acted, this was an enjoyable listen.
