Dont avoid issues
If this year has taught me anything its this - dont avoid issues. I was never great at social skills but this book has changed a lot for me. My only regret is waiting so long to get it.

This is the most solid, interesting and unique guide to social skills I have read or heard and I have been thru many many books like this. By far the best. The practical examples were amazing and easy to follow along with. More of this sort of book please audible.

Much better than expected
Genuinely I was surprised by just how good book this was. For me it covered a lot of areas but it definitely helped with my general self esteem and confidence which is something I have struggled with.

Actually good.
This book is concise int he best possible way. By that I mean it is not full of fluff and useless information. Only solid methods and advice. I loved the real life case studies, showing how other people have reacted to situations.
