The narrator did a beautiful job. The story is formula fiction. No surprises. but it's free

Just ok

This started out good but then fell apart at the end. It was ok, fun for the holidays lol! But glad it was a freebie.

Quick and interesting.

Everyone has a secret and it's not what you think! I would have liked a few more details to tie the ending up, but overall it was a good story.

Too many evil characters

The storyline kept me reading. I don't know why, but the end was unsatisfying as all of the characters were so flawed. There was no hope for any of them. Merry Christmas it was not.

Bad ending

Great story is the listening would listen to it again but did not really like the way it ended

Didn't care for any of the characters but Billy Pipper was a wonderful narrator.

Love her. I will listen to anything she narrates. The story was good too - I kept changing my mind as to who dunnit.

Engaging story, plot driven (not character driven)

I found it to be a fun and engaging short read (listen). It was definitely plot-driven rather than character-driven (I generally prefer character-driven stories). Some of the characters’s motives and actions felt contrived to further the plot. Nevertheless, an enjoyable listen, especially for a shorter book.

Good thriller

This was good story to listen to while at work. Story line was engaging and interesting.

Suspenseful

I loved the premise of this book and although the outcome was predictable, the story was suspenseful and I liked the character interactions. Would recommend!
