Great info, Not the best editing

The information is well thought out and put in an easy to digest format.
The editing could use some work. There were multiple spots that would repeat, make a pop noise, or cut off. This isn't hard to fix and takes away from the level of care put into the book itself.

Good on the details

First off, thank you for making this available on Audible. This book takes you into some of the everyday workings of buy, renovate and selling a property. I say some, only because it takes doing to truly understand all aspects of the project. Even though it is the book on flipping houses, it is applicable to buy, renovate and hold (rent.)

This book Provides useful tricks of the trade. It’s a guide and not just a motivational book.

Fantastic book!

J reveals his strategies and systems in a clear and easy to understand format. He walks you through his step by step process and details the lessons he has learned along the way. I highly recommend the book to any newbie investor or experienced investor who wants to fine tune their process. I enjoyed it so much the first time I am on the second go around. Enjoy!

The truth

This one of the first books that does not sugar coat things. It is brutally honest and is truthful about acquiring money to flip houses. It really breaks down the process in a great way. I am a contractor and was able to follow along and was surprised on the detail when it coming to remodeling.

Great Audio Book

A really great audiobook, tons of useful information to apply now, and get you started on your investment journey. The narrator was great, easy to listen to and easy-to-follow. All around great experience.
