I may have a biased opinion as I've been a loyal fan. This was an honest memoir.

What a life!

I have always been a fan. Incredible biography he didn’t leave anything out. Hoping for continued sobriety.

A Triller

I always said back in high school that if Charlie Sheen ever did a book about his life I would buy it instantly. 15 years later I bought it and finished. And man this was everything I hoped it was as a teenager from the good, the bad and the ugly. It was triller to hear all the stuff dating back to the 90’s but more importantly the infamous “The Charlie Sheen Effect” back in 2011.

What a ride!

I am a fan of memoirs, and I’ve read many. Sheen has inked an indelible,
poignant work that is crafted with his unique style of witty quips, analogous flair and rich authenticity without over sharing. I absolutely loved The Book of Sheen and binged it in a day and a half!

Could not stop listening.

This is all around great. Nice to hear Sheen read it. Such a crazy life. This is up there with my all time favorite listens.

Didn’t hold back- told it like it was- the good the bad the ugly- he certainly did it his way

Surprisingly Excellent Listening

When I saw that this book was just under 9 hours, I thought no way will it cover all the interesting things a listener wants to hear. Surprise, surprise! I love that Charlie covered his adolescence, literally from birth and the progression his life took every step of the way. Enjoyed hearing his journey into acting and the decent he went into to where he is now. A well written/audio book filled with great story telling. Bravo to Charlie for his recovery!

Unanswered Question.....

Why zero mention of the Corey Haim rape accusation by him, and Corey Feldman? it seems plausible that he did such a thing, given that he loses whole days of what he's done, including flights taken, and going through airports, and with all his sexual escapades., in a blur. I would like to know what he says about it.

honest, funny & heartfelt. Never been a huge Charlie fan, but his life & mine went the same way addiction wise. Awesome to hear the cold, brutal truth..

Every sentence has a metaphor lol.

Sometimes forced metaphors, but great stories. Very honest. It could have of been longer, that’s a compliment.
