Enjoyed this from beginning to end. The U.S. needs more exemplary men like Senator Kennedy! His book is heartfelt, honest & true to his character. Hands down one of my favorite books!

First I love that the author read his own book. I found his stories interesting, informative, and sometimes funny.

if you like Senator John Kennedy, you will likely love this book. if you are neutral on John Kennedy, you will most likely love him after listening. I found the pace of this listen to be exceptionally good. Me Kennedy gets right to the point and his reading performance moves this book along. There are a few of his quips in the story but not too many as to overload it. I am not a citizen of Louisiana, but I would like to be, I think. I love that this is a story. A very good, very well lived story. I whole heartedly suggest this book just for the fun of it.

We need 100 senators like John Kennedy. I am not from Louisiana but he remains my favorite senator.
He is spot on, prepares well, has high expectations of those seeking responsible positions, but never more than he expects and gives of himself.
I love his directness, no BS, mixed with humor. His state and this country should be extremely proud of him.

I truly enjoyed this book I find them very funny and numerous and enjoy this life story.

I Wish More Were Like Him

I've always liked hearing Senator Kennedy's comments and sound bites on the news. This book gives the reader, in his own words and by his own voice, the man behind them all. His honesty and insight are refreshing. In it, he shares how strongly he believes in maintaining the integrity of his office. I think anyone choosing to read this book will be rewarded by Senator Kennedy's plain-spoken words of wisdom.
