Such a good deep dive into a great book

I’m a chuck missler fan. I’ve enjoyed every book of his I’ve listened to. This was a fantastic deep dive into this book. If you want to know the gospel through the eyes of a physician, this is your book!

A Very Enjoyable Study of the Book of Luke!

I really enjoyed this commentary from Chuck as Luke takes you through the birth, ministry, death, and resurrection of Jesus. I agree with many that Luke is the most readable and complete account of Christ. In typical Chuck Missler fashion, he differentiates Luke from the other Gospels splendidly well. This is the 7th audio commentary I’ve listened to from Chuck and he continues to keep things fresh and on your toes. He executes this by meticulously making you pay close attention to each detail of each chapter of each verse. He constantly has you examine biblical and spiritual components and how they relate to not only the book of Luke, but other books of the Bible as well. When I first started listening to Dr. Missler, it threw me off that he constantly jumped around the entire Bible, but then I soon realized why he does this. Both testaments continuously reveal truths and prophesies about one another. It’s why Chuck states “The New Testament is the Old Testament concealed and The Old Testament is the New Testament revealed.” Chronological reading isn’t how the Bible was meant to be read. Instead, you read the Bible together in sync as one giant 1,200 page thesis! I actually bought the pdf supplemental notes with this commentary and it really helped me understand more insights from Luke in addition to scripture reading. Another outstanding commentary from the late great Chuck Missler!! God bless.

Always Love Chuck Missler's Bible Studies

I struggled for so long trying to find a way to understand the most valuable book in existence our Holy Bible and God led me to Chuck Missler whose passion ignited a fire in me that made me fall in love with not him but my Savior. God used Chuck as a liason between my intellect my doubt and fear and my hunger for God's wisdom. I now read the Bible like the ultimate adventure, I weep, I laugh, I enjoy finding Jesus on every page and to think Chuck is gone off in heaven gazing at all he so passionately expressed brings a smile to my face. Thank you. There are no words to express my gratitude. I have most of his books because I never think of him as he reads I merely think of Jesus and His divine agape love. It takes real humility to disappear and make your life work simply worship. He spoke fast but hey his last name us Missler God used him like a precise missle. It's as if he was in such awe of His scriptures he could hardly contain his excitement. I wish more people had this fervor, enthusiasm and devotion. Everytime he goes off on a tangent and says oh we can discuss this another day my heart sinks because I wonder what God must have shown him that second. A true inspiration. God bless you all. I'll be sure to listen as I make my first trip to Israel.

Classic Exposition!

Great textual commentary! You get more than just the Book of Luke. Chuck Missler draws from the whole scripture putting pieces together from the Old and New Testaments.

Absolutely Amazing!!

Loved this commrntary...But who doesn't love every word out of Chuck Misslers mouth...I learned so much I thought I already knew.

great listen. terrible audio guy.

the hardest part of listening is his microphone sensitivity. you hear him smack most Of the time when he goes to speak. it drove me crazy. other than that great teaching. I also love that he differentiates between what is commonly accepted versus his theory instead of selling all he thinks as fact.

The Book of Luke Vol. 1

Dr. Missler is a really great narrator and I love how he breaks it down and how much he likes to use numbers. I think because God likes to use numbers. It's just cool. My favorite part is the expounding on how Jesus was disfigured and how He kept the scars as a reminder for us of what He went thru on our behalf to show us His unfathomable love. Before I ever heard Dr. Missler, I had the privilege of hearing a sermon from my pastor, talking specifically about this.
