Enjoyed this one immensely!
Though I caught on rather quickly what was going on, I enjoyed hearing the process of Gillard et al’s journey to reach their conclusion.
I hope this isn’t the end of the series as I’m sure there are many more adventures awaiting us all.

Excellent narration, as usual, by York. Great story with interesting characters and an interesting twist I look forward to the next in this series.

Interesting and unusual plot. Worth reading although the theme of battered women taking revenge has me not quite rooting for law enforcement going after women seeking vigilante justice. My main complaint is with the narration. I find the use of local accent irritating and distracting. The heavy accents do not contribute to the plot and it takes effort to work what’s being said.

the plot was twisted but connected so neatly. I enjoyed the whole series and so sorry the DCI Gillard mysteries have come to an end.
