great book

why would you do this to me how can you end the book like that, just cut me off with no warning anyway I enjoy this book from the beginning to the end.

Well, too much . . . .

This plot is way too rough and unpleasant in the beginning and much, much too sweet and tender at the end. Unbelievable at both ends, and the spanking portions are especially unnecessary and unbelievable. But it was definitely good enough (and the characters were interesting enough and well drawn enough) to have me finishing the book. So, I'll check out the next and hope for a better story.

Loved listening to this book

Okay Shane East could read the side of a cereal box and make it sound deliciously sexy!!! This is the first time I’ve heard Faye Adele and I loved her voice!!! It was sweet and kept my attention. They brought this book to life perfectly.

I can’t wait to see what else L. Steele brings us in this series. This book was hot and captivating. I couldn’t stop listening to it until I reached the end. I loved the characters monologue and interactions with each other.

I really enjoyed this one! The banter, the tension, all of it. This was my first l Steele bok, but it certainly won’t be my last

Enemies to lovers

This was book #1 in the Big Bad Billionaire series. My first book by L. Steele was an intense enemies to lovers. Sin was the epitome of alpha hole. Set out to ruin, the only problem is that he didn’t know he’d meet his perfect match in the feisty Summer. The tension was high, and their chemistry was good.

I think Shane East & Faye Adele were the perfect Sin and Summer. They portrayed the characters well.

Whew, I think my kindle us still smoking! I love the story line of this book, and I admit the only reasons I gave it a 4.5 is because I'm actually not a fan of such explicit sexual dialogue. The chemistry between these two actually seems to sizzle the entire way through! I bought the audiobook due to time constraints, but the narration done by Shane East & Faye Adele is intriguing. I had assumed that Shane would read the guy parts and Faye, the female parts. Not so, but they both did an excellent job, just not what I was expecting. I think this series is probably going to be addictive and I'm just going to have to be able to get through the explicitly serial scenes which are not in my comfort zone. I do however, want to find out about the other six. Excellent book with sizzling chemistry & overtly sexual dialogue. (Jyst mentioning that so it doesn't catch someone unaware)

Love me an alphahole!

This story got me from the start! I actually read the book first before listening to the audiobook and I have to say it did not disappoint!! Sinclair is actually my favorite out of all the seven. I love the jerk that has a soft side that only the right woman can bring out in him. I can’t wait to meet the other men from the group.

As for the narrators…I love Shane East and that really made this a great listen. He really has that deep perfect voice for Sinclair. This is the first time I’ve heard Faye Adele, so I wasn’t sure how I would like her, but I did enjoy it!

Emotional and Sexual Enemies to Lovers

Thank you, Laxmi, for writing a book that I wanted to know the ending but I didn't want it to end! This book will have several twists that will add so much to the development of these characters. Sin is a ruthless businessman with seemingly little to no redeeming characteristics, but gradually I came to love him. Summer is a loving sister who will do whatever's necessary to save her sister. Summer is sassy and challenges Sin. I love this and Laxmi also lets us hear their inner thoughts which are emotional, funny, and enlightening. There are several passionate and explosive sex and love scenes. Be still my heart!

The narrators are excellent and enhanced this story even more. They are talented storytellers that make the listener experience the emotions of these characters. Faye Adele excellently portrays Summer's spunk, caring nature, fighting spirit, and passion. Shane gives Sin a deep swooning voice and a sexy accent.

I highly recommend this Audible book. I know that a few reviewers hated that Sin cheated on Summer but they were not in a relationship at the time. He did it to emphasize that the relationship they would have was a fake one for business of some sort. But even he regretted doing this to her when he realized how it affected her.

First off, Shane east can read the phone book and make people swoon, add to that the extra spiciness of L. Steele's words and let's just say muy Caliente.
Slight trigger warning, about consent and somewhat consensual nonconsent, but once you're aware of that this enemies to lovers is a fantastic listen.
