Loved this story!!

The two narrators were perfect for this story and I was very happy that the author made sure to use the same two narrators for all three books in the box set. The story itself was intriguing and drew me in from the very beginning. Definitely a must read/listen for all the mafia romance lovers out there.

Jason Clark is a perfect alphahole.

Jason and Roxy were the perfect narrators whose readings played off the enemies to livers/opposites attract. Trope.
This series featured an international cast of characters. There is an amalgamation of tragedy, love, hate, and cultural rituals that pulled me into that world. The author included a lot of brutish, over-the-top physical joining. I liked the coarse language. The author pulled no punches when it came to those scenes, which fueled and solidified their twisted attraction to each other.

Must have patience

The general storyline is good, but the back and forth is annoying. The female lead is irritating. I got so tired of it. This is not one I would listen to again. It did have a nice twist to it on some parts.

L. Steele wrote it and Jason and Roxy delivered!!

Great performance and great writing! Loved this trilogy and will be reading more from this author and listening to these narrators always!!

WOW!

I've never taken the time to write a review on any of the over 300+ audio books in my library, however, this one I will listen to again and again. I laughed and I cried and I could not wait to hear what was going to happen next. My first L. Steel and most certainly not my last. Thank you for the experience!

I like this book

this book definitely kept me on my toes. but I will say she does say OMG alot

Overall very enticing series

Hot. Steamy. Mouthwatering. Drama filled series! Absolutely loved every second of this series and the voices choice for the rolls were spot on. Not only were the books read but they had emotion behind what they were reading and yes oh yes it was perfect!!

Loved Him Despised Her

How an intelligent, mature male could fall in love with such an immature, unlikeable imbecile is beyond my comprehension. It was as if each of the main protagonists were developed by two different authors. Whenever I hear the the ubiquitous "my toes curled" phrase in a book, I always drop a star from my rating. I lost count of how many times it was said by Karma. That and OMG were used too many times by the author. Karma had the vocabulary of a 13 year old. Michael was an interesting character and Jason Clark did a magnificent job of narration. If he were the only narrator, I would give the performance five stars. Unfortunately, the female narrator was horrible. If it were possible, I would give her performance zero stars. I have no intention of purchasing the remaining booking in the series.

took me weeks to finish

So there was such an unnecessary repetitive narrative that I had to stop and the constant indecisiveness of individuals that are suppose to be intelligent was just to much. This story stretched out and could have been better if it was 2 books instead of three. I don't recommend purchasing like I did

Jason Clarke was born to narrate deadly sexy Sicilian Capos and Roxy Isles sweetness is the perfect contrast to his growly intense voice! Wonderful writing, wonderful narration and extremely credit worthy !
