I like books that are narrated this way like it's an old fashioned radio show where everybody's their own voice.

This book was really good. Wrap up to the Costa family. i like the fact that this book was narrated like a radio show with everybody playing ourselves. the whole one person trying to mimic the other person drives me nuts. I wish I woul.I wish everybody did the books this way.

Outstanding!

I have loved every one of Brittney Sahin’s books but I think this one takes the cake. Emotional and exhilarating at times I found myself laughing or crying throughout the book. I especially loved how characters in her crossover series were part of the story. I was biting my nails almost from the start for being so anxious and excited for Juliette and Constantine. Add in a spunky outspoken teenager and my heart was bursting with affection for each character. The icing on the cake was Christian Fox’s performance as Constantine! His accent was fluent and he nailed every emotion. Just wow!

Sweet and thrilling

The Costa series comes to a thrilling end with the eldest and most conflicted brother finally getting his HEA. Constantine Costa has long been a bit of an enigma, a man with a shadowy past and a growly disposition. Now we finally get a chance to dive deep into his past and peel back his layers. Before he was a mercenary, before he was used by his father for financial gain, and before the tragic murder of his sister – he was guy in the navy who met a girl and fell in love. Years later, he never forgot her or the night they spent together. All that changes when a teenager crashes into his life and steals his wallet. Tracking the kid down isn’t a challenge, but when he discovers that the kid’s mother is Juliette, the woman he never forgot, his world is turned upside down. And he now has a son. This slow burn, second chance, one night stand, accidental pregnancy romance is an action packed story that will keep you on your toes and is a super sweet conclusion to the series.

In audio, this was a wonderful treat with a full cast coming together to give voice to all the characters. Ava Lucas returns and is wonderful as Juliette, giving her grace and sweetness. Connor Crais, Tim Paige, and Liam DiCosimo portray all the other male characters making this such an easy story to follow. They added so much depth and richness to the experience. I will say that Christian Fox stole the show with his accent work. While I can't say whether his Italian/Sicilian and Irish accents were accurate or not, he was consistent and voices Constantine with such gravel, I almost didn't recognize his voice. This is probably one of his best performances I've had the privilege to enjoy.

I liked that we got to see more of the teddy bear behind the elite operator that we have previously met in the earlier books of the series. Constantine has always been a family man, one who deeply cares for his siblings and parents. He responded exactly as I expected when he met Juliette again and his son. A bit overbearing and protective, but so very caring. Juliette is a strong FMC who made her way in the world, but also never forgot Constantine. Their reunion is a slow burn tease until the very end, but along with their HEA we get a thrilling suspense plot that ties in so many pieces of her other series and we even get some cameos from other series. Be prepared for a thrilling story that bookends a sweet and mellow middle romance with a dash of fate and divine intervention. For me personally, there were too many references to God worked into the plot but that probably won’t bother most readers. I wish their spirituality had been a little more subtle, but otherwise, this was an excellent read and conclusion to the series.

Incredible

This was an incredible story that I decided to “reread” on audible and I am so glad I did. These 5 narrators blew my mind with how they were able to make this seem like it was an entire cast instead of just the 5. I was as already in love with the story and I didn’t think I could love it more but these narrators changed that. The emotion they brought to this made it so genuine.

My #1 book for 2025. New author to me and I am looking forward to her other stories. The narration team was amazing!!!

This book, what an emotional roller coaster ride. This book had me crying and laughing sometimes at the same time. I’m so glad that Constantine got his happy ending. I love the dual narration.

Loved this book it tied up many loose ends. Enjoyed having Male and Female voices.

This book is BY FAR Brittney’s best book. The story and narration are 5+ stars from beginning to end. I will definitely read this again. Well done, Ms. Sahin. Loved it!
