One of the best personal development books I read. Simple life principles that genuinely help to building career and happy relationships. A typical western view on personal development. You will find all the usual ideas assembled in a framework for personal growth. Overall, fairly idealistic and to extent naive.

Great book, great listen, great advice. DC James is the MAN. If you've seen his other media, his podcast or something else- you probably already know this. But this book is GOLD. DC will show you and help you find "the way" which will happen to be "your way", but in all seriousness - DC's coaching and presentation style is so personal and authentic you can't help but be inspired and motivated.
