I love this classic

When I first started Reiki in 1999 my Reiki Teacher gave me Essential Reiki book to read through. Since this was all new to me, it was like reading another language. But as I grew in Reiki I began to innerstand what Diane Stein was teaching through her book. Fast forward to 2024 the audio version is a plus to my collection. I love the narrator voice and actually thought it was Diane from watching her DVDS. Love it.

Informative

This was very informative and I recommend it to anyone practicing Reiki. However, it might feel offensive to any men who are listening/reading it. I especially enjoyed the section on attuning and teaching classes, as my own teacher didn't go over much of that with me. There is a chapter on sex, so if you're listening with kids around, be aware. LOL

Reinspired, Reiki master I did my Reiki 20 years ago now I want to go back.

I listen to this book every evening, and every morning for a period of time until I was finished. It was inspiring. It made me understand why I loved Reiki so much when I was young and now I am inspired to go back and do more.

This book tells all about Reiki and how to do it. All you need is the atunements.

Life Changing

I love this book, because the author was straightforward and honest, didn’t expect to receive anything in return. I also liked how transparent she was according to Ricky guidelines and the main purpose of Reiki, which is healing overall, I will definitely keep this book on the back of my hand resource and all of my Reiki process.

A Must Read!

I am a Reiki Master who use this book for my training and I am so glad did it made me a better student of Reiki and by listening to it I was reminded why I took the training in the first place and how I need to be more active in training others so we can heal Mother Earth and ourselves! Diane Stein is truly a Master in both Reiki and in training to love a respect our gift of healing and use it in our daily life to ourselves and others! I enjoyed listening because I heard things that I had forgotten! I am excited again!

Exactly what I was looking for

Diane is thorough and very compassionate about her teachings. I've already took Level I and II elsewhere and she blew that training away. I was left with so many questions and the yearning to know more and she answered all of them plus tons more. If you're interested in Reiki at all, buy this book, you won't regret it.
