I will definitely be using the information and guidelines in this book to be more outgoing. It is a constant battle with social anxiety but every day I feel I am getting more and more comfortable and confident.

This is a good book for adults. I purchased it for a high schooler and many of the examples in the book were not appropriate for a high schooler. Otherwise I recommend this book.

Sincerity and kindness in relationships.
