My Favorite agaped!!

this is my favorite in the Agaped series, as usual Emily Turtle knocks it out of the park, and the book is just so well written

a nice continuation

a great expansion of the story and lore, had a bit of an issue with the pacing BUT that didn't ruin the experience it's over all a fun time

My Favorite of the Series!

(Review by goodnightsam29) This was such an amazing sequel to Wishing Stars!!! It felt just like an anime- hello epic tournament arc! And the awesome part about it is that it felt completely original, the trials and fights she goes through, even the training arc leading up to it was unique and fun!! I was completely hooked on every scene and could perfectly imagine it all in my head, the epic magic types had a lot of variety and users.

The world expanded before us and introduced so many new, lovable and memorable characters and glad there is such a diverse cast. Traveling to the other places was so cool, and I enjoyed the "ship" scene a lot. Ayker is definitely a new favorite, and the dynamic he provides to Lisa and even Cal's relationship! And Gaius will always be top favorite of course! Its so heartwarming to see his fatherly instincts growing for Lisa and their bond getting stronger.

I love how Hannah managed to incorporate so many different subplots throughout the chapters, when in all actuality they were connected in some shape or form and came together so satisfyingly at the end!! Lisa is such a clever, brave, and lovable protagonist and still feels like her age (I think 14 at this point) and we are seeing her grow up and mature into a strong young lady that young girls can connect to and aspire to be. I know I'm a grown adult but I love seeing her journey and wished I had this book series when I was that age.

Emily did another amazing job with the narration and really brought the characters to life! I highly recommend this book and the audio!!

This story is so wholesome!

(Rating from Erika) I loved the first book and figured I would love the second book just as much and was not disappointed. The voice for Lisa fits her so well and the story is so wholesome and well thought out! I laughed and cried and stressed. It was amazing!
Can’t wait to continue the story! Glad I don’t have to wait and can start reading the next one. But will definitely be listening to the next audio version when it comes out as well!

Amazing narration and the best fantasy world 💜

I received a link to this audiobook in exchange for a review, and I can honestly say that this audiobook far exceeded my expectations! Emily did an amazing job with all of the accents, and she truly made it an immersive experience. I loved reading the first book, but getting to listen to all of the action in the second and experience Lisa’s point of view in a whole new way was so much fun!

This series so far is one I consider to be a cozy fantasy, which is ironic given how action packed these books are - but Hannah has done an amazing job at creating a world and characters you can’t help but fall in love with and want to sit and read for an eternity, cuddled up with a cozy blanket and drink. I especially love how her love for Christ shines through in the plot and even in how Lisa views her responsibility as the Agapéd. It’s so refreshing and endearing!

I would 100% recommend this series to anyone looking for a story where good triumphs evil and even the most unassuming young girl can become a kingdom’s strongest warrior🩷 -Anita
