Unique, powerful and immediately applicable wisdom

Excellent book that helps you better understand yourself and others in a concise and easily digestible format, The 7 archetypes explored in this book are unique and powerful personifications of energies we each have in all of us that together make up the soul. I found this new perspective to be refreshing and intuitive as I could quickly relate to the vivid descriptions of behaviors and feelings that result from having these energies out of balance. I also enjoyed the mediations that are included at the end of each chapter which helped reinforce the lessons, spark self-exploration, and work towards balancing my own energy. Also, I usually do not prefer when the author narrates their own book but David does an excellent job throughout the recording and has a perfect reading voice for narration. Highly recommend this book to anyone interested in a journey of self-improvement, understanding others, or healing. -DG

Balanced, even telling and instruction

Lots of wisdom and well organized information. Despite his even, almost mesmerizing tone, the author conveys his knowledge and passion for sharing this wisdom in a well thought out and organized way that speaks to us on a soul level.
