No waffle, practical tips

This is a very practical & focussed book. If you want to run & participate in more productive meetings it’s a great read/listen. The only reason I didn’t give full 5 stars was that I’d like some more examples. In saying that, I haven’t looked into the additional materials that were referred throughout the book.
