Loved It! The story....the narration...all awesome! I just jumped into the middle of the series! Now I have to listen to the whole series!!!

A must listen!!!!

Loved everything about this one

I’m loving The Whitley Brothers Series and I was excited to read Maddox Whitney’s story. I knew it was going to take a very special woman to tame this brother and Taming The CEO was everything I expected and so much more. I was captivated from the first word to the last line and I’m sure you will be too.
Aiden Snow and Maxine Mitchell did a wonderful job bringing the characters and their story to life. They were spot on with the banter, the camaraderie and very easy to listen to.
Maddox is a man who is used to getting what he wants in business and his personal life until he meets Cami a woman who is part owner in the business he is trying to buy in Essex a small town an hour from Boston.
From the moment they meet sparks fly and not in a good way but when a snowstorm has them stranded together lines are crossed. What follows is an entertaining, heartwarming read that I highly recommend.
I fell hard and fast for Maddox and I adored Cami but what took this book to another level was the love and camaraderie this family share.
A wonderful addition to the series that had me smiling, giggling and cheering this couple on.

First impressions

First impressions do not always end up with a bright future, especially when you are trying to win over the daughter of the man you need to do business with. But although Maddox has a steep hill to climb with Cami a freak snowstorm has them huddling down together overnight. Hatred turns to passion and a love story is in the making. Once again Layla Hagen brings to her listeners beautifully written characters and just the right level of spice. I just adore the Whitley brothers. Perfectly narrated and will become an instant favorite.

Entertaining story and narration

Having enjoyed the previous books in this series I couldn’t wait to dive into Taming The CEO which was a great addition to the series. This is Maddox Whitley and Cami’s story and from the first chapter I knew I was in for an entertaining read.
 
Maddox is arrogant, a go getter and a man who goes after what he wants, no matter what. He wants her family business, an Adventure Park and will not take no for an answer.

However, what he doesn’t count on is a snowstorm and his attraction to Cami. The sparks fly between them and lines are crossed. I loved how feisty and sassy Cani is. There was so much more to Maddox and I loved the caring side that Cami brought out in him.
 
I love Ms. Hagen’s style of writing and know when I pick up one of her books that it will be well written story, with characters who are engaging and more often than not will have me laughing out loud at some point.
 
Aiden Snow and Maxine Mitchell did a wonderful job with their narration. Not only are they easy to listen to but they brought the story and characters to life with their performances.

Cami and Maddox are perfection!

Another great Layla Hagen book! Loved watching Cami and Maddox fall in love. I love the Whitley family! Love their grandma and their significant others! The narrators did an amazing job bringing the story to life!

Business Man meets Small Town Girl

Cami has mainly taken over the outdoor adventure park with the help of her dad. This park is her family’s and after her mom passed she made sure to keep it up the dream. Finding out from her father that they received an offer for the land. She was instantly against it. When she met one of the family members of the business, she was instantly attracted. Until he started talking about the plans.

Maddox is cocky but very successful. Thinking his charm can win over Cami at the dinner business meeting, he was ready for Cami to sign. That wasn’t what happened. Cami walked out of the meeting when she found out his plans were to cut 90% of the trees.

Over time, Cami broke down to Maddox the reason why she doesn’t want to sell. Maddox had been so mentally in business mode but in the small town and the charm of Cami, his plan starts to shift from business to love/family.

Loving the Whitleys

When Maddox and Cami meet, is not under the best of circumstances. But the chemistry and unavoidable attraction between is the perfect match to lit their fire. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

Cami and Maddox

I read this book with such emotional energy. I looked forward to Maddox’s story and couldn’t wait to see how Layla would portray him. I am so happy that Cami was a strong woman and she was able to stand her ground against an alpha male. This story had me laughing and really touched me as their love grew for one another. Can’t wait for Leo and Tory story. Will be preordering today.

This book was worth the wait and the story. Thank you Layla.

Small Town Vibe

I love Layla Hagen's family series and this latest Whitley Brother's book is no exception. I enjoyed the small town vibe of this book and always love the family interactions, especially with the grandmother, she's a hoot! Already looking forward to the next book!

Another Whitley brother falls

Maddox and Cami start off by not agreeing to the details of the proposed sale of her family's Adventure Park. But he quickly comes around when he wants to please her. I enjoy when grandma Whitley gets involved with her matchmaking. Everyone knows what's going to happen when she does. Aiden Snow and Maxine Mitchell did a wonderful narration. I'm looking forward to the next book.
