First impressions

First impressions do not always end up with a bright future, especially when you are trying to win over the daughter of the man you need to do business with. But although Maddox has a steep hill to climb with Cami a freak snowstorm has them huddling down together overnight. Hatred turns to passion and a love story is in the making. Once again Layla Hagen brings to her listeners beautifully written characters and just the right level of spice. I just adore the Whitley brothers. Perfectly narrated and will become an instant favorite.

Loved everything about this one

I’m loving The Whitley Brothers Series and I was excited to read Maddox Whitney’s story. I knew it was going to take a very special woman to tame this brother and Taming The CEO was everything I expected and so much more. I was captivated from the first word to the last line and I’m sure you will be too.
Aiden Snow and Maxine Mitchell did a wonderful job bringing the characters and their story to life. They were spot on with the banter, the camaraderie and very easy to listen to.
Maddox is a man who is used to getting what he wants in business and his personal life until he meets Cami a woman who is part owner in the business he is trying to buy in Essex a small town an hour from Boston.
From the moment they meet sparks fly and not in a good way but when a snowstorm has them stranded together lines are crossed. What follows is an entertaining, heartwarming read that I highly recommend.
I fell hard and fast for Maddox and I adored Cami but what took this book to another level was the love and camaraderie this family share.
A wonderful addition to the series that had me smiling, giggling and cheering this couple on.

Entertaining story and narration

Having enjoyed the previous books in this series I couldn’t wait to dive into Taming The CEO which was a great addition to the series. This is Maddox Whitley and Cami’s story and from the first chapter I knew I was in for an entertaining read.
 
Maddox is arrogant, a go getter and a man who goes after what he wants, no matter what. He wants her family business, an Adventure Park and will not take no for an answer.

However, what he doesn’t count on is a snowstorm and his attraction to Cami. The sparks fly between them and lines are crossed. I loved how feisty and sassy Cani is. There was so much more to Maddox and I loved the caring side that Cami brought out in him.
 
I love Ms. Hagen’s style of writing and know when I pick up one of her books that it will be well written story, with characters who are engaging and more often than not will have me laughing out loud at some point.
 
Aiden Snow and Maxine Mitchell did a wonderful job with their narration. Not only are they easy to listen to but they brought the story and characters to life with their performances.

Cami and Maddox are perfection!

Another great Layla Hagen book! Loved watching Cami and Maddox fall in love. I love the Whitley family! Love their grandma and their significant others! The narrators did an amazing job bringing the story to life!

Loved It! The story....the narration...all awesome! I just jumped into the middle of the series! Now I have to listen to the whole series!!!
