Great story - wonderful listen on Audio!

I was on a quest to learn about negotiation, and I found what I was looking for in this book. Paul’s story is compelling. He has a heart of compassion that emanates throughout the book. I am happy to have purchased it. I have recommended it to a few of my friends and family members.

An absolute must!

I have listened to a lot of self help books in the past, however, as a former police officer myself this book spoke to me on a completely different level. The information was great, the stories were so relatable and I felt very connected to the message the author was sending. As a plus, the narrator is also an experienced police officer who delivered the message in a pleasing and poignant manner and added authenticity to the author's words. I definitely enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more from the author and hearing more from the narrator. This was a positive and surprisingly good book. Highly recommend.
