Difficult

I wouldn’t listen to it again if I knew what I know now. The first third was painful. I fast forwarded through about 30% of it and didn’t miss anything important. The middle part was better. I thought it was looking up until the third part hit and I was wrong. It wasn’t as bad as the first part but it was difficult to get through. The characters were terrible, hard to believe or relate to. Would not recommend.

Great Apocalypse Book

The set of books are great and the narration is very good. The story is anxiety inducing, it gets you drawn in and keeps you there. Some of the things that happen are an all to real mirroring of real life. It show some of the things that could happen in a catastrophic event, including the breakdown of humanity.

Another exciting story from a favorite author!

I read or listen to a lot of apocalyptic type books and I've listened to many of Grace Hamilton's books especially. I can count on Hamilton to deliver a story that keeps me engaged and interested. This book is no exception. There is a lot of twists and turns and the characters are relatable and interesting. You end up caring a lot about what happens to everybody.

The narrator has a pleasant voice and does not distract. I highly recommend this book!

Environmental Disaster

Survivors of the Superstorm is a three book dystopian story of a climate change correction gone wrong. It features Kelly, her family, and a group of survivors who join the family in their attempt to live through the climatic alterations. Along with the weather changes, the family and their new friends struggle to survive the societal breakdown as resources become scarce and lawlessness rules. I strongly recommend this audio book if you enjoy the dystopian genre.

Great story from start to finish.

I really enjoyed this story, it kept my attention throughout. It has a bit of everything ; action, family, love and loyalty. Even though it was an end times story there was still hope that man kind can redeem themselves. I would definitely recommend this series to anyone that enjoys books in this genre. 🙂

A Disaster Story with a Twist (or Several)

This is the first book I’ve read by Gracie Hamilton that wasn’t an EMP disaster story, and I’ll admit—it took me a little longer to settle into. Part of that was figuring out the storm itself, which wasn’t immediately clear, and part of it was just the sheer number of characters introduced early on. Aside from Eddie, Zoe, Kelly, and Jackson, I wasn’t sure who I was supposed to really care about. But once I got into it, I really enjoyed it. The story has a lot going for it, and even though it’s 30 hours long, there were plenty of twists and turns to keep me listening. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys environmental disaster stories mixed with epidemic fiction.

Post-apocalyptic

Survivors of Superstorm by Riley Miller and Grace Hamilton is an excellent post-apocalyptic superstorm. Maxwell Zener did an incredible job with the narration. Survivors of the Superstorm is Endless Storm. The story is entertaining, interesting, insightful, inspiring, action packed, and more. What happens when a superstorm plunges the world in chaos what do you do? I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. Highly recommend

Ugh

I tried. Kelly is awful. She ruins the story. Her character made it so difficult to listen to story.
