The call to adventure is the first stage of the mythological journey. The hero is separated and transported from the comfort of ordinary life into the unknown. The unknown contains both treasure and danger and is often represented as a distant land or forest, among other places.
Number Two
The unknown often harbors strange beings, unimaginable torments, superhuman deeds, and impossible delight. The hero can go forth of his own volition to accomplish the adventure, or he may be “carried or sent abroad by some benign or malignant agent.
Number Three
The adventure can begin as a blunder or by mere chance, as did that of the princess in the story of The Princess and the Frog. The princess loses her golden ball in a pond, and a frog agrees to fetch it if she takes him to her castle.

A timeless classic, marred by a boring, and bored narrator
Hard to follow because the narrator is so bored it almost makes me want to sleep. You can almost hear him sighing between pauses. At about 18 minute he comes alive for a very short time talking about the tyrant, but that lasts about 15 seconds and he’s back to being bored.
